Visiting SoftTouch Dentistry is like walking into an old friend's home. I am not exaggerating when I say the welcoming atmosphere (at both the NEWTON and BRIGHTON) offices is family-like. The care is professional, diligent, and personal. It matters not whether you are being treated by the owner or the newest hire . . . you are made to feel like their most important patient. As the former owner of a business, I understand that how the employees treat a client is how the owner treats the employees. Dr. Bidabadi eptomizes kindness and care, and those qualities are reflected in everyone who works here. How many offices, do you find yourself walking into and out of with a smile?

I am someone with pretty bad dental anxiety and I can honestly say that this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. All of the staff including the front desk staff, the dental hygienist George, as well as Dr. Bidabadi were so incredibly understanding and kind. Everyone took the time to thoroughly explain things in an easy way for me to understand without being condescending or rude. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past but at this office I was genuinely relaxed and I felt cared about as a patient and as a person. They also accept Delta Dental which is a plus. I highly recommend this practice and you can trust them to take good care of you! 🙂
