I would definitely recommend Dr. Bidabadi to be a person's dentist. She is a very dedicated and caring person who loves her patients and gives them the best care! She keeps your teeth healthy and strong with her great procedures even if you have serious problems that need immediate attention! We need more doctors like Dr. Bidabadi in the field of dentistry! Everything was wonderful

Let me start by saying I have nothing but great things to say about everybody at SoftTouch Dentistry! I had a bad pain in my tooth late in the day on a Friday. I hadn’t been to a Dentist in at least 15 years to be honest. I thought brushing a few times per day was enough. Not sure how I came up with that in my mind but I was wrong! They were able to see me late on a Friday. I ended up having 2 root canals and a number of cavities filled over a 2 year timeframe. There are a lot of things about going to the dentist I remember from my childhood that made me avoid going back at all costs. I expressed my concerns as soon as I walked in (hate needles, hate the sounds of metal grinding on my teeth, tooth sensitivity to name a few). They have been nothing but accommodating since my first visit, taken extra care to assure I wouldn’t be in pain, have always been thoughtful and thorough in explaining what is going on with my teeth and my options to fix them. Before beginning any procedures, they made sure to let me know what would be covered by insurance and any out of pocket costs I would incur, a very transparent business model which I appreciate. I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with SoftTouch Dentistry as you can tell. I moved to the Boston area not knowing anyone here. I know they rely on word of mouth for advertising, so I wanted to make sure I took the time leave a review. I continue to visit SoftTouch Dentistry twice per year for cleaning and to keep my teeth healthy. I am a 35 yo male
