I began seeing Dr. Bidabadi last year for some gum inflammation. Since then, I have received excellent care! Dr. Bidabadi and her staff not only do incredible work, but do so with a positive attitude and with a passion for finding the best personalized treatment plan. Most importantly, I feel listened to and never have I felt any pressure to receive a treatment. Their approach with me has been conservative, making sure that I and my mouth is ready for the next step of our plan. Due to not going to a dentist for years before seeing Dr. Bidabadi, my teeth were in pretty sorry shape. However, now that I have been following my treatment plan, my teeth and gums are in the best shape they have been in for over a decade. All in all, I cannot recommend Dr. Bidabadi and SoftTouch dentistry highly enough. If you are looking for a new dentist, I strongly encourage you to give them a call for an appointment.

I always have a great experience at SoftTouch Dentistry. Dr Bidibadi and her top notch staff always make it a pleasant experience and their dental care is 2nd to none. I have been a long time patient and even though it takes me 45 minutes to get there, the results make it well worth it. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bidibadi and her team. Softtouch Dentistry is a home away from home environment. I literally called yesterday nervous about a sensation I was feeling in my tooth and Dr. Bidabadi saw me 40 min later. They truly care about your well being, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of.

Everyone was so kind, helpful and patient along the way. My hygienist was awesome, explained everything and made the cleaning and x-rays a breeze. Absolutely nothing was pushed on me, and told me what to watch out for as I go forward with my care. I'm completely at ease about my next appointment. Highly recommend for more nervous patients!!

I was long overdue for a cleaning due to the lockdown, so I was nervous, but I had the most pleasant experience of my life at soft touch! Their innovative tools required no scraping on my teeth, I was amazed! I have always hated going to the dentist but soft touch is truly different from the rest!

Dr. Bidabadi and the staff (especially Valerie my dental hygienist, and the ladies at the front desk) are excellent, everyone is so nice and professional. They make you feel comfortable and as if you have been with them for a long time! They explain everything about your teeth in simple terms, and walk you through what procedures they are conducting and what they think is best to keep your teeth healthy. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the Boston area.
