I went into SoftTouch Family Dentistry for the first time today, after making a call for an urgent appointment after never being a patient of theirs before. Not only are the lovely ladies at the front desk beyond fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bidabadi! I have spent a lot of time in dentists offices in my life, but I have never felt so comforted and reassured than I felt today. She explained everything down to the T in a way I could understand. She wanted me to ask questions and was more than happy to answer then honestly. I am a person that has insane anxiety from anything related to the dentist, but the way that I was comforted, reassured and educated by Dr. Bidabadi and her staff really spoke volumes to me. I went into this office for the first time today anxious and worried, and walked away feeling so supported and understood by everyone I interacted with. Thank you all so much for everything you do! Your truly genuine kindness has made me your happiest new patient! 🙂

I would highly recommend Dr Bidabadi and her team at SoftTouch. They provide excellent care and have my smile looking its best. For anyone with sensitive teeth they live up to their name with a soft touch. They truly care about you and keeping your teeth healthy!

Just started going to Soft Touch and I’ve had a great experience so far! I recently moved to the area, and another dental office thought my insurance was a scam because of its high coverage. They wanted me to “work it out” with my insurance company. I called up Soft Touch Dentistry and they were very professional, calling my insurance themselves to verify the coverage. Everyone here was so friendly to me and to each other! Asking about you and your day and being very open. Dr. Bidabadi is also fantastic and described everything she was looking at. So far, this place seems great!

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to! I have never felt more cared for as a patient than with the hygienists and Dr. Bidabadi at SoftTouch Dentistry. The kindness and professionalism of the staff speak volume to the practice she runs. Having recently moved to the state, I was worried about finding the right dentist. However, to my surprise I ended up finding not just the right one, but the best one ever. The office itself is calming and welcoming. The attention to detail by the hygienists and Dr. Bidabadi was amazing.
